identifiable information (PII) to overseas researchers expect in extreme
circumstances (see Red Zone).
- Verifications are handled from start to finish in our secure, 24 hour per day U.S. based call centers with the aid of regional researchers whose sole contribution is to provide current contact information.
- Our extensive proprietary database of international schools enables us to rapidly communicate required documentation and applicant information to our customers speeding up turnaround times and increasing the likelihood of obtaining verification.
Description of Standard Services
- Employment: we attempt to verify the applicant’s previous or current employment: start date, end date and title.
- Education: we attempt to verify dates of attendance and degree from applicant listed school.
Description of Special Services
- Credentials: we attempt to verify the applicant’s previous or current license, certification or other credential. Access to such records can be limited. Please call us to discuss what it is you need to obtain.
- References: we attempt to obtain professional references from past supervisors. Please call us to discuss the questions you would like to ask and what kind of contact information you have.
- Red Zones: when information must be obtained through local sources, we employ our known researcher’s on-the-ground in those regions. This costs more but gets the job done in areas where it’s otherwise impossible. In extreme cases we will provide Red Zone researchers with the minimum PII necessary to obtain the verification.
